It was our first time trying a Lebanese restaurant and it definitely did not disappoint. From the greeting when we first walked in to the service it was lovely and just a chilled comforting atmosphere in the restaurant. Love how the food was presented but most of all how it tasted was top! We will definitely be visiting again to try more Lebanese dishes

Food is excellent and good value for money. Relaxed atmosphere and adjoining a hookah room. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have been here few times and always had great service. Highly recommended.

I loved the mixed grill the size portion is great for sharing among 2 and the fattosh salad was well dressed and fresh . Meat hummus is highly recommended.

OMG!!! Had the most amazing meal at Leilamezze last night. Walked past it by chance as sightseeing in Portsmouth this weekend. Checked out the menu online and there was no debate where we were eating. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive, we ordered a couple of Hot Mezzo’s to share, the taste sensation from the Sujuk complimented the Patata Harra perfectly. We followed it with a Mixed Grill and Lamb Chops. To be honest I’ve never tasted such moist, flavoursome Lamb. I had 5, yes 5 lamb chops. Needless to say I couldn’t eat them all and the Mixed Grill was just as good, the chicken was so tender and everything just oozed with amazing flavours. We were offered Baklava on the house but had to decline, we literally had no room left. We will definitely return if we return to Portsmouth and will recommend to anyone we know visiting. What a find!

Possibly the best Lebanese food in Portsmouth, the staff are welcoming and attentive, we started with hummus and tzatziki. The hummus was smooth and flavourful and the tzatziki was perfectly seasoned and filled with cucumber. I had the mixed grill with rice (pictured) however there are options for chips or salad. The meat was juicy and perfectly cooked. The portion size was large and takeaway boxes and bag are provided for leftovers. We sat inside which provided a good atmosphere and dining experience, previously i sat outside where you can order shish pipes in a variety of flavours and a corkage charge for bringing your own drinks, the garden is covered and has heaters to keep you warm

Such a lovely place! Went for an impromptu meal and was about to sit inside, when the waiter suggested we look at the outside area. It was a great suggestion as we ended up sitting outside and having a lovely meal with the kids with lots of hot and cold mezze dishes. Great staff and great food
